About GB Training: We are a national work-based training provider, established in 1995, that delivers Apprenticeships and programmes funded through the Adult Education Budget.
GB Training is headed by Lawrence Barton (Managing Director) who is supported by other directors and a senior management team. GB Training is rated Good by Ofsted with outstanding elements (February 2018). It is accredited with Investors in People Gold and approved by the Matrix accreditation body.
We offer a range of Apprenticeships at intermediate, advanced, and higher levels and we also provide programmes to employers and workforces. Additionally, we offer a range of employability programmes for jobseekers. We provide a full and comprehensive delivery service of functional maths and English to both employed and unemployed learners.
Our provision focuses on a range of sectors, which reflect the skills needs across England, with a focus on priorities listed by the LEPs.
