Trainers engage with learners and deliver innovative activities that help them address specific barriers, feel motivated and build their confidence to move towards a positive outcome, such as sustained employment or increased self-esteem.
• Identify and assess individual learner needs
• Plan lessons effectively and ensure that activities meet a variety of learning styles and levels
• Undertake regular and meaningful reviews with learners
• Obtain and respond to learner and stakeholder feedback
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance, completing all contractual paperwork and documentation as required
A teaching qualification of CTTLS (equivalent) is essential for this position, along with experience of delivering ICT training, ideally ICT Level 2, and accredited employability courses.
The role will be based at Caledonian Road but will be London wide so independent travel is required.
