Salary: Curriculum Leader Scale, points 1 - 3 i.e. £34,935.00 - £37,071.00 per annum (and if eligible up to one discretionary point £38,181.00)

We are looking for someone who is creative and organised and can lead a team to deliver excellent teaching and learning to take up this exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the College's leadership and management team. We are now seeking to appoint a Learning and Skills Lead in Business, Management and Accounting and are keen to hear from people with the drive and determination to succeed.
The LSL will be a central part of the ambitious plans to drive quality improvements in our education delivery. We expect this to be a challenging, but fulfilling role, with the LSL often the critical interface between academic staff and curriculum leadership. The successful candidate will need to show they can successfully balance competing demands for their time, such as curriculum development, staff and team management and also a teaching workload. We are looking for someone with the passion to drive success in the Business curriculum area.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate in Education, PGCE or equivalent along with an appropriate degree or professional qualification linked to Business. You will have the ability to demonstrate a strong record of performance and success of teaching in the curriculum area and have recent successful experience of curriculum delivery, coordination/management & development within the curriculum area particularly in relation to improving success rates and teaching and learning.
