Morgan Hunt are proud to be working in partnership with an outstanding charity recruiting a Regional Account Manager on a permanent full time basis paying up to £27589 + mileage.

The job involves engaging with employers to find job opportunities and/or work placements for our jobseekers to gain work experience. You will be working on our adult contract - Employability Skills Programme, but when liaising with employers you will have knowledge of Apprenticeships and our Traineeship programmes in case these customers on occasions would fit the employer better.

You will be covering - Newport/Cwmbran/Cardiff and parts of the Valleys (Pontypridd, Merthyr surrounding areas)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Source and build significant, long term relationships with employers and larger account
* Secure the required volume of vacancies and work related opportunities to meet the needs of our job seeker
* Work with the centre based staff to match customers to work or training related opportunities and to meet the job outcome targets for the centre / region
* Achieve and exceed the KPI's of the Regional Account Manager role as set by the Operations Manager and the Director for Wales
* Develop influential relationships with key employers, centre based staff and other external organisations to help shape bespoke solutions to meet the needs of job seekers and employers
* Carry out IWS (In work support) for a maximum of 3 months with employer/jobseeker and use as opportunity to source additional job opportunities
* Implement and own a business development strategy and pipeline of future opportunities
* Identify, cross sell and up sell opportunities to maximise our impact in local, regional and national labour markets
* Review and report on centre / regional performance against objectives and KPIs through face-to-face and remote methods

The successful candidate will have experience in:


Significant experience in a B2B role within a high performing commercial employability arena

Ability to translate employers needs into the development and delivery of fit for purpose programmes and services
* Actively works towards exceeding achieving personal, team and organisational targets

Ability to manage effective and influential relationships with employers
* Delivers a high quality customer-focused service in all aspects of work

Presents information constructively and appropriately through written, verbal and non-verbal channels

Skills and Knowledge:

* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (Wales)

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written

* Knowledge of Welsh Government funded programmes

Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
* Ability to communicate with and motivate an often challenging customer base

Strong IT, administrative and customer care skills
* Time management/organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadline
