Customer Services Team Administrator
Salary: �6,544 - �6,715 pa (based on FTE �16,700 - �17,135 pa)
Contract Details: 14.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Start Date: 19th July 2018
This role is to cover a period of maternity leave commencing on 19th July 2018 until 26th July 2019.
The working hours for this role are Thursday 8:30am-4pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

A minimum of a Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service/Receptionist Service is essential combined with English, Maths and ICT at Level 2.
If you do not hold a Level 2 ICT Qualification, successful candidates will be required to undertake a relevant Microsoft qualification within first 12 months of employment. If the qualification held is more than 10 years old, we will require you to undertake a relevant refresher qualification.
