OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
This administrative role will support in the delivery of quality Tutors to meet the ever growing demands of partners and learners.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main
• To host weekly tutor inductions for groups of up to 15
• To source new tutors through the recruitment process (CV sifting/Advertisements)
• To ensure that all tutor recruitment activity data is updated daily
• To ensure that all competent tutors are invited to induction with relevant contact prior to induction
• To ensure that all paperwork is ready for tutor inductions
• To scan/copy and file all new and existing tutors CV’s/Certificates
• To process all DBS applications with HR
• To chase up any missing tutor paperwork not submitted at induction
• To ensure that new tutors are added to the relevant databases and systems following induction
• To ensure all relevant correspondence is issued to tutors within 48 hours from induction
• To provide absence cover to deliver the tutor recruitment induction program
• To provide administrative and process support to tutor allocation services if required
• To undertake any duties within the department as and when required to support the needs of the business
• To provide support to other departments as and when required

General
• To adhere to policies and procedures of the business
• Undertake any training relevant to the efficient execution of any of the above duties, and to take responsibility for his/her own professional development
• To undertake necessary Health & Safety responsibilities and duties as required by this post
• To undertake any necessary Data Protection responsibilities and duties as required by the post
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as directed by line management from time to time
• To ensure the office is clean and tidy and clear desk policy is adhered to

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Confident at speaking to a group
• Strong experience in a customer service facing role
• Well organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Proven numerical and written skills
• Able to use all MS Office programs particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and power point and be familiar with other bespoke databases
• Willingness to adapt and respond to the changing and varied needs of the business
