Working within the Apprenticeships Division, setting up and managing a team of Administrators, Learning Support Officers, Tutor/ Assessors and the IQA team.
This is a varied role with an exciting opportunity to shape the development of this team.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Team management - taking responsibility for recruitment, retention and ongoing development of our Apprenticeships team
Quality assurance - managing the standardisation process to ensure that the team and the learners are 'inspection ready'
Coaching and support - for our clients and their learners as required
Stakeholder management - working alongside our business development team to bring new Apprentices on board
Nominated inspection representative - must have experience of achieving high quality outcomes through Ofsted and ESFA inspections
Proven track record of planning, delivering and evaluating teaching and learning
Experienced leader and manager
