WE are looking for a bright, motivated individual to join our training division to support the Sales and Marketing Team to engage and onboard our learners by delivering outstanding service and administrative support.
You will be responsible for dealing with learners over the phone, maintaining accurate database information and process learner payments and refunds
You will need to have previous experienced within an administrative but customer focused role. This is a fast-paced team who thrive on a challenge and enjoy delivery an exceptional experience every time.
You will need to have outstanding communications skills and not be afraid to get on the phone on a regular basis to solve issues, answer questions and generally delight our clients.
