Assessor/Tutor - Customer Services, Team Leading, Business Administration, Management (up to L5).
Salary to £24K
Our client is a leading national training provider - delivering to 4000+ learners. They currently require a Tutor/Assessor to deliver the following apprenticeships:
Business Admin up to level 3
Management - ideally up to level 5
Customer Service up to level 3
You will be working in a variety of different settings delivering excellent teaching and assessment to all learners. This is an overarching role, where you will be actively managing a caseload of around 40-45 learners to ensure that they complete their apprenticeship to a high standard and in a timely manner. You'll need to be an expert at delivering constructive feedback and good at working as a coach to help others improve their own performance.
Essential Criteria Required
supervisory level experience within your sector of expertise
Effective communication skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong administration skills
The ability to meet a range of targets with a proven track record
Up to date literacy and numeracy skills
Clean driving licence and access to a car
Minimum of level 2 in Functional Skills
The ability to work flexible hours and locations
Ability to influence and motivate learners
Desirable Criteria Required
Worked at a managerial level in the required industry
Achieved a vocational qualification
Delivery of Functional/Key Skills through testing and portfolio building
Adaptable to change
CIET or Cert Ed
Level 4 qualifications
