Connect2Care are looking to expand their provision and launch an Early Years Care team covering England. They are recruiting for Qualified Childcare Trainer Assessors to join their teams in the North East and North West, who are looking for a new challenge and want to be involved in setting up this exciting new area of the business.

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across the North East or North West and attached to an office base alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces.

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Childcare/ Early Years Care industry to supervisory or management level. The role is open to qualified Trainer Assessors with the CAVA/TAQA/ A1 Assessors Award. We offer a full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.

Our offer:
* Starting salary from £18,500 - £28,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Business mileage from allocated office at 40ppm
* Fully expensed company vehicle scheme after probation
