Connect2Care are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for Health & Social Care Trainer Assessors in Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

That means using our specialist experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace to gain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across Plymouth and the surrounding areas attached to an office base in Newton Abbott alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from National Care Home Groups to domiciliary care settings.

To be a Trainer Assessor you will need to be:

R = Reliable

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Adult Care industry to supervisory or management level. Experience with elderly/dementia patients is essential. Any further adult mental health or learning disbaility experience would be beneficial. This role requires applicants to hold a Level 5 qualification in Adult Care.

The role is open to both qualified and those seeking to move into this field who possess the right to live and work in the UK. We offer a full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.

Our offer:
* Starting salary from £18,500 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
