The role of Functional Skills Administrator is to support Lifetimes overall vision in being an industry leader in the delivery of Functional Skills across the operational teams.
You will specifically support the Functional Skills field based tutor team in building powerful relationships with learners and employers, by organising, and managing the Functional Skills teams smart learning carousel and classroom events calendar.
No two days will be the same in this role and therefore we need someone with energy and pace, who thrives in an ever changing, dynamic environment.
You are going to need to be able to juggle tasks and use your initiative and it is essential that you build a good rapport with people over the phone; so excellent communication skills are a must.
Previous experience of coordinating and administration is an advantage but what really interest us is your drive and innovation and your desire to contribute to the success of the team.
