HIT Training are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a Chef and Management Assessor across Norfolk/Suffolk.

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across Norfolk/Suffolk attached to an office base in Bury St Edmunds alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from the local coffee shop to national hotel chains.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the Hospitality and Catering industry to supervisory or managagerial level with experience of managing profit and loss, budgets, business planining and business administration duties.

The role is open to both qualified and those seeking to move into this field. A full induction and training package is offered to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.

* Starting salary from £18,500 - £26,000
