Connect2Care are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for Health & Social Care Trainer Assessors in Lincolnshire.

As a Trainer Assessor you will be working across Lincolnshire attached to an office base in Lincoln alongside your colleagues and Sector Manager. We expect you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners/employers in their workplaces, ranging from National Care Home Groups to domiciliary care settings.

To be a Trainer Assessor you will need to be:

It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Care industry to supervisory or management level. Experience must be with adult/elderley service users who have dementia, learning difficulties or mental health conditions. This will have been validated with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Care.
The role is open to both qualified and those seeking to move into this field who possess the right to live and work in the UK. We offer a full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.

* Starting salary from £18,500 - £28,000pa (depending on experience)
