The successful candidate would be required to assess Level 3 students studying Electrical Installation via work-based learning and apprenticeship programme delivery.
You should have a strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice and experience of assessing. Ideally you will have experience of working with young people and should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and hold an assessor qualification.
You will have a genuine regard for young people and want to work with us to ensure that all our students aspire to do well. You will demonstrate and professional standards in your area of work. The ability to work in a team is essential, sharing good practice and working collaboratively with colleagues are qualities that we will be looking for.
You should have a relevant sector background and formal Assessor qualifications (D34, V1 or IAQA), it would be an advantage for you to hold a teaching qualification although this is not a requirement to be shortlisted.
