Casual Business, Leadership & Management Assessor

Location: South East

Salary: £15.14 - £17.98 per hour (including holiday pay and admin & preparation time)

Hours of Work: Casual hours

The Solent Leadership Academy, a collaboration between Fareham College, Fareport Training Organisation, Isle of Wight College and the Solent LEP, is a dedicated training offer that delivers flexible, high quality, higher level Management and Leadership qualifications through a higher apprenticeship model. Working with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ilm) we are delivering Higher Apprenticeships.

To take the initiative to the next level, we are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor/Assessor to join our team; you will have a key role in developing our business and our programmes; working with and encouraging employers to work with the Solent Leadership Academy for their Management and Leadership training needs.

You will then take on an Assessing case load to ensure our candidates receive the best possible knowledge and expertise as part of their work based training. It is essential to have up to date teaching and/or assessing experience/qualifications as well as management experience so that you can support our managers of today to become leaders of tomorrow.
