Morgan Hunt are working with a leading training and welfare to work provider who are currently recruiting for an Employer Engagement Consultant in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has previous experience in developing new business and generating new opportunities for clients within the welfare to work sector. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £26,900 and up to £5,000 bonuses for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate for the Employer Engagement Consultant role will be responsible for:

- Engaging with local employers through various means of marketing to source new vacancies for the companies clients
- Identifying employers recruitment needs and offering an effective recruitment strategy in order to give their clients the best success
- Driving vacancy success through effective use of the company's customer relationship management and vacancy management systems
- Building effective, long lasting internal relationships and work closely with employment consultants and centre managers to ensure vacancies identified are always in line with the requirements of the clients
- Running screen workshops and vacancy awareness sessions which will be delivered directly to the clients
- Attending meetings with employers, creating proposals and attending local employer networking events
- Working effectively with the national employer engagement team to upsell local opportunities

The successful candidate for the Employer Engagement Consultant role will have:

- A successful track record within a sales based role achieving both personal and team KPI's
- Experience in building long lasting relationships with new clients through various marketing techniques ie cold calling
- The ability to successfully manage multiple accounts
- Experience in negotiating and influencing outcomes
- Ideally have a background within welfare to work
- Previously demonstrated good customer experience including face to face client meetings
- Excellent IT skills
