We are urgently seeking a Food and Drink Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners and deliver high-quality teaching in a well-established curriculum area.
The successful Lecturer will have the following skills and qualifications:
A Level 3 Food and Drink / Bakery or related qualification.
Relevant and up-to-date knowledge on industry techniques.
Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
Experience of working within the food industry.
Ideally a qualified teacher or be willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent
