- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
- Assessing student work and providing meaningful feedback
- Supporting learner progression into further study or employment
- Contributing to curriculum development and team collaboration
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Health and Social Care or related subject
- PGCE or Level 5 Teaching Qualification (TQ)
- Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector
- Ability to engage and motivate learners across a range of abilities
Desirable
- Experience teaching within a further education setting
- Nursing or clinical background
