Job Title: Educational Developer

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 3 months

Hourly Rate: 31.87

Our client, a prestigious institution in the heart of London, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Developer to join their dynamic Educational Development team within the Academy for Learning & Teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing learning, teaching, and assessment across the university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to support innovative educational development initiatives.
  • Facilitate the internal Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programme, including:
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging staff development workshops and events.
  • Provide expert guidance on learning, teaching, and assessment methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive resources and guidance materials to support staff.
  • Contribute to institutional projects and quality enhancement activities, ensuring best practises in education.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in educational development within Higher Education settings.
  • Strong knowledge of learning, teaching, and assessment practises.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programmes.
  • Essential: Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
