The Role

- Delivering practical and theory-based bakery sessions
- Supporting and motivating learners to achieve their goals
- Preparing learning materials and practical demonstrations
- Assessing learner progress and providing feedback
- Working collaboratively with the wider curriculum team
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety within practical environments
- Industry experience within bakery, food production, or food technology
- A degree or relevant qualification in Food Technology, Bakery, or a related subject
- Passion for developing learners and sharing industry expertise
- Teaching qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full-time or part-time permanent opportunities available
