Are you an experienced Agricultural Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next looking for your next immediately available contract role?
Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced agricultural/ Farming industry professional ready to pass on your knowledge?
You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.
This role would suit someone with previous Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college
The Role:
- Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Agricultural sector
- Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners
- 40 - 50 -6 - 12 months
The Person:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Agriculture
- Current or previous industry experience working in the agriculture, farming or similar industries
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training) and/or TAQA, A1/D32/D33 preferred, although not essential
- Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous
- Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
