We are seeking a Careers Advisor who will be responsible for delivering professional Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance, primarily to current students and those considering joining the College. The Careers Advisor will support individuals from their initial enquiry through to their progression into employment, further training, or Higher Education. This support will be provided through impartial one-to-one guidance interviews, accessible drop-in sessions, group tutorials, and involvement in a variety of career-related events. The successful candidate should be able to work effectively with colleagues and be adept at engaging with both young people and mature clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
This role will be based predominantly at the Woodlands campus with flexibility to work at other centres
