Trainee Estate Agency / Property Management Trainer - North West (Regional Role) - Up to £30,000 depending upon experience / Great benefits package
If you have a strong history working within Estate Agencies or Housing Associations and would like to share your knowledge by becoming a Trainer, this role could be perfect for you.
You would be travelling across Greater Manchester and the North West to visit your learners who are studying for Housing apprenticeships. Therefore you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
You will be visiting learners in their places of work to guide, motivate and coach them in order for them to complete their apprenticeship in a timely fashion and at the same time increase their knowledge base.
The training provider for whom you will work will, in turn, support you to achieve professional training qualifications and develop your skills to become a highly effective, professional skills coach.
A DBS check is required.
Several years' experience working for an Estate Agency or Housing Association where you have gained sound knowledge in property management
Knowledge of CIH, IRPM and Arla requirements
An interest in training - maybe you have inducted or coached new people, or managed staff and helped with their development. If you've supported apprentices, that would be fantastic and you'll understand the process
A good level of written and spoken English as there will be records to complete accurately
