Technical Instructor - Science


£11,024 - £12,044 Per Annum



Permanent | Part Time




18.5 hrs per week - Term Time Only

East Coast College is looking to recruit a Technical Instructor in our Science faculty. The faculty delivers science qualifications from level 3 to Honours degree. Your role will be to provide technical support to the teaching staff and to ensure equipment and laboratories are ready for use at all times. You will also develop and deliver teaching and learning provision up to a designated number of hours a week and work closely with students doing practical work.

The successful candidate will hold an Honours degree in science or hold experience of working in the science laboratory sector with a level 3 subject qualification. You will also need basic IT skills and good communication skills in order to provide instructions to a wide variety of students.
