T Level Marking Examiners - Management & Administration Employer Set Project - Remote

Would you be interested in supporting the delivery of T-Levels for Management and Administration?

We are looking for T Level Employer Set Project (ESP) Marking Examiners to join us in the development and delivery of Summer 24 assessment series and beyond.

This associate role gives you the opportunity to work alongside your current job, to build additional income with competitive daily rates, and to continue to develop your own skills.

The Employer-set project (ESP) assesses the knowledge and skills learned as part of the core element of the T Level.

- Business Context
- People
- Business Behaviours
- Quality and Compliance
- Finance
- Policies and Procedures
- Project and Change Management

The ESP is set and marked by City & Guilds and delivered across a Summer and Autumn series each year.  The project is made up of a number of set tasks which all relate to an Employer-set project brief that is different each series:

- Research
- Report
- Project plan
- Presentation
- Collaborative problem-solving
- Evaluation

All Marking Examiners will be required to attend marker training, as well as a standardisation meeting with the rest of the examination team. This is typically a 1-day meeting. Please be aware that due to this being a dated assessment, there are periods of the marking process when a quick turnaround is required. As part of the marking process, Markers will be required to submit a Marker report detailing findings on trends observed during the marking activity.

About your application:

Applications will be reviewed on an on-going basis. Successful applicants for the Marking Examiner positions may be asked to carry out a short task, attend a telephone interview and/or attend training as part of the second stage of recruitment, before being confirmed in role.

When completing your application, it is essential you read the person specification fully, and map your application to show where you meet the requirements set out. Please note applications that do not demonstrate meeting the person specification may be declined or delayed.

If you are interested in other Marking Examiner roles for the M&A T Level, you will need to apply for each one using the link to apply under each role.

We look forward to receiving your application.
