Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Progress Coach to work full time hours until the end of the academic year.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about students progress who has the capability to deliver tutorial programmes, safeguarding and work 1:1 with students.

The Person and qualifications
Hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
Ideally hold a teaching qualification but be willing to work towards one if not
Have experience of developing effective learning and assessment materials, learner action plans and monitoring systems
Have experience working in a pastoral role
Have outstanding attention to detail
