To provide a quality 1.1 employment and job retention service in line with the organisation's values to individuals who are accessing secondary mental health services in Leeds.
You will be required to manage a caseload of clients who have experienced mental health difficulties to either enter or retain paid employment.
Job specification- Essential Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of the support required for people experiencing mental health difficulties in accessing employment and the barriers they face
* Person Centred and able to self -manage a caseload of clients
* Able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
* Can develop and maintain relationships with local employers, in order to negotiate job opportunities and/ or support people to remain in employment and manage their mental health difficulties within the workplace
