Protocol are delighted to be working on behalf of a growing training provider with national reach in order to recruit for a Management Training Lead who will lead of quality and development and Management and Customer Service Apprenticeships. Our client have a strong image in their space and as such, the chosen candidate must have an eye for and be passionate about all things quality.



Role responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of the curriculum area
Monitor retention, achievement and success rates
Work closely with the wider management team in relation to the aims and goals of the business
Maintain all relevant course documentation in line with the relevant Quality Assurance Procedures
Deliver exceptional training and assessment services to learners
Be able to work with clients and offer your support
Provide mentoring and support to the Management and Customer Service Curriculum Team


The person & qualifications
Recognised management qualification to at least Level 5
Teaching and/or assessing qualification
Willingness to travel
Adaptable at all times
