The College are currently undergoing an exciting and forward looking digital transformation programme. Reporting into the Head of Digitial Learning and Learning Resource Centres, you will have a strong technical and educational background, so you'll be comfortable discussing technical as well as educational concepts. We're looking for someone who can motivate and lead a team and who can lead by example. A background using Canvas VLE, working with the API in Canvas and strong technical skills are sought after.
The person & qualifications
Hold a level 6 qualification in Computer Science
Be willing to work towards a UK recognised teaching qualification if not already held
Have previous experience with Canvas API and other APIs
Manipulation of simple datasets to generate reports in a variety of suitable tools
Previous experience working with a VLE developing successful training modules
Proven experience in delivering digital training sessions
