An opportunity has arisen to come and work for one of the UK's leading FE Colleges, graded outstanding by OFSTED. They excel in offering high quality, technical and professional education leading to professional and skilled employment through strong relationships with employers.

The College are currently undergoing an exciting and forward looking digital transformation programme. Reporting into the Head of Digitial Learning and Learning Resource Centres, you will have a strong technical and educational background, so you'll be comfortable discussing technical as well as educational concepts. We're looking for someone who can motivate and lead a team and who can lead by example. A background using Canvas VLE, working with the API in Canvas and strong technical skills are sought after.

The person & qualifications
Hold a level 6 qualification in Computer Science
Be willing to work towards a UK recognised teaching qualification if not already held
Have previous experience with Canvas API and other APIs
Manipulation of simple datasets to generate reports in a variety of suitable tools
Previous experience working with a VLE developing successful training modules
Proven experience in delivering digital training sessions
