Our client are seeking to recruit a Learner Liaison Officer to provide pastoral support to existing and previous learners relating to adult education.
Deliver periodic contact to adult learners, predominantly via telephone engagement to facilitate their progression into education, training or employment.
Identify and provide approrpriate support to overcome and barries support progression into destinations
Provide mentorship and motivation to engage with learners who may be at risk of leaving their programme of study
Support learners in setting appropriate participation
The person & qualifications
Experience within the Learning and skills sector
Passionate about opportunities within adult education
Knowledge and understanding of AEB and eligibility
Ability to work to Ofsted requirements
