Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (AET/PTLLS).
Must hold solid occupational experience working within Property Sales and Lettings at Senior level or above.
Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Duties include:
Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in; Residential Sales and/or Property Management and Lettings.
Deliver engaging 1:1 and workshop based training.
Support with curriculum development.
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths and English to level 2.
Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
