Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - Depending on qualifications

Essential Criteria:

Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting (Front of House experience must be at Deputy level).
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example any of the following: Professional Cookery, Food Production, Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:

Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms.
Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
