We are delighted to be assisting an education provider with the appoint of their next Head of Quality.
The successful candidate will have a strong quality background and be comfortable being very operational.
Have the ability to pull together and analyse College Data to develop and drive the quality assurance processes to bring about consistent improvement in the quality of the student experience to outstanding.
Utilising key data sets, to report on, analyse accurately and present all levels of performance data to a wide-ranging audience to include attendance, retention, pass rates, achievement, value added and progression/destinations.
Compiling reports as required to Learning Quality Committee(LQC)
To support the Curriculum teams in the production of their self-Assessment reports, associated quality improvement plans and reporting returns to external bodies whilst meeting set deadlines;
To be part of the College management team and effectively contribute to continuous improvement of the College
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of national quality and performance-related systems and reporting mechanisms; benchmarking and national targets; achievement and performance tables and value added systems
The person & qualifications
Relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience of successfully leading and preparing a College/Colleges for Ofsted inspection and of regulatory frameworks
Significant experience of managing and co-ordinating a mature quality assurance system within an FE context
Ability to produce databases, spreadsheets and desktop published documents
