Reporting to the Head of End Point Assessment as part of the management team within the function and acting as Deputy in their absence you will drive the delivery of quality services and standards throughout the function with responsibility for leading the IQA/Assessor and customer coordination functions to deliver a fit for purpose EPA service in line with quality standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of EPA sessions across all Approved Apprenticeship Standards offered as part of EAL’s services and will ensure that the people management policies are adhered to in line with Apprenticeship Standards and Assessment Plans ensuring operational compliance with the regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, we will need you to be able to demonstrate that you can:

• Lead multiple agile teams to deliver excellence and achieve targets during a time of substantial growth.

• Have a strong engineering background with occupational competence in engineering disciplines and an awareness across a range of specified disciplines

• Be the first line of contact and represent the business and the EPA services and be credible with Employers, Apprentices and all other stakeholders.
