Fareham College is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Deputy Principal Curriculum, Quality and Innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding college as we further develop our curriculum offer and support services that respond to the challenges faced by our student community in a post-covid economy.
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive sustainable development of the curriculum intent, implementation and impact. You will have a unique chance to further develop a forward-looking, careers-led curriculum delivered in state-of-the-art facilities and resources.
The college operates three sites, including CEMAST (Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing and Advanced Skills Training) and CETC (Civil Engineering Training Centre). Each has outstanding facilities but we continue to invest to develop the very best resources in the region. Fareham College is a T-Level provider from 2020 and has invested heavily in capital development programmes in Digital and Early Years Education to support these new qualifications.
We welcome applicants with a track record of success in any education setting. You will be a strong leader and innovative; able to bring new ideas and see them through. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team and will drive all aspects of the curriculum strategy to deliver an outstanding student experience.
In November 2017, the College received an 'Outstanding' judgement in its latest Ofsted inspection, making it only one of very few recently judged outstanding colleges in the country. We were awarded FE College of Year 2018 and "Most Improved Workplace" in Britain's Healthiest Workplace Awards 2017. In June 2020 we received an AoC Beacon Award for Employer Engagement.
