Our client is looking to appoint a curriculum specialist, who will design and develop curriculum for the Trade Supplier and Sales Apprenticeship qualifications.
You who will Work closely with the designated Learning Manager and Operations Director to support with the implementation of new products and key accounts and maintain a high standard of Apprenticeship delivery.
Liaise with employers to create engaging, bespoke programmes to meet their requirements.
Create, develop and support with the execution of effective and innovative learning resources.
Ensure cost effectiveness and learner and employer focused delivery programmes through regular reviews of delivery models, learning principles / approaches and competitor activity.
Contribute to SAR's and QIP's
Lead on the development of blended learning across classroom 1:1, online instruction and bite-sized learning.
Ensure that all systems and processes for new qualifications meet stakeholder requirements.
Work alongside the EPA and Awarding Body Lead, to ensure that End Point Assessments have been implemented in to the delivery models.
Ensure our client's Information, Security, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety Policies are adhered to at all times.

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or above.
Candidates must have experience of designing and developing blended learning solutions.
Experience of working alongside a range of awarding organisations, across a variety of sectors, to ensure programmes are consistently delivered to a high quality.
Must hold an understanding of End Point Assessment.
A strong, working knowledge of self-assessment and improvement planning processes.
Hold a minimum of Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT.
