Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the West Bromwich who are currently seeking a Plastering Assessor to join their team on a temporary ongoing hourly paid basis..
As a Plastering Assessor you will be given a caseload of apprentices in which you will be responsible for ensuring they hit all the criteria needed to ensure they are successful in gaining their qualification. This role may involve travel in and around the Birmingham area however mileage would be covered in instances where you are expected to travel more than your journey into and home from the College.
Requirements
* Must hold minimum of Advanced Craft in Plastering
* Have industry experience working within the field.
* Assessors qualification is essential.
* Previous experience assessing is desirable.
* A strong understanding of the Construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
* Hold right to work in the UK.
