We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our Cloud and Support Services team in ensuring our customers in the education sector, receive the best possible service from us.

What does the role involve?

You will assist with ensuring all customers receive regular and helpful contact and that they receive communications which are relevant and beneficial. Your focus will be on achieving an outstanding customer experience as you ensure any issues are identified, managed and then resolved to customer satisfaction. You will need to be proactive in escalating any issues which you may anticipate. To do this you will liase and build good working relationships with various teams across the business.

You will proactively engage with customers and internal teams to identify and analyse trends and to spot opportunities for service improvement. You will do this for our Vocational Learning and Further Education customers.

What skills and experience can I bring to the role?

You will be an inquisitive and proactive as you will be required to ensure our customers are happy with the service outcomes they are given from the support teams. Your communication skills with be strong as you will speak with a large variety of customer and colleagues across the business. A professional and personable manner is required.

Your customer service skills will be your strength, and you will develop these throughout the apprenticeship as you look to continually improve processes which lead to the best customer service possible.

You will have experience and knowledge of using Windows operating system and Microsoft office products.

As part of the role we will ask you enrol on a Customer Service level 3 apprenticeship and so you will need 4GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C and GCSEs and to not be currently enrolled in other formal education. This is to help you develop your skills and experience as you embark on an exciting customer service experience.
