Protocol are proud to be working with a leading Adult Learning Organisation based in Birmingham. Our client is an Ofsted rated "Good" Provider with a successful history delivering learning to adults to help adults take a step to a brighter learning future. Our client is seeking to appoint new Adult Care Tutors able to deliver up to Level 2-3, in their teaching locations in Central Birmingham from September 2020 through to July 2021. The role will be delivering throughout care centre's in Birmingham and will be a mix of online and face-to-face delivery (Following UK Government Covid-19 Safety Guidelines). The days and hours are flexible and our client will be able to work around the Tutor's availability.

Role responsibilities

Delivering Adult Care at Level 2-3 to Adult Learners.
Delivering in the workplace and through Zoom as a part of Blended learning.
Helping with Schemes of Work for future delivery.
Keeping Learners engaged with modern teaching methods.
Marking Learners work for improvements.
Monthly meetings with line manager through Zoom or face-to-face to keep updated on curriculum changes and learner journey improvements.

The person & qualifications

Level 4/5 Teaching Qualification.
Level 4/5 in Adult Care or equivalent/transferable subject.
Recent experience delivering to adult learners.
hold a "C" or Level 2 qualification in Maths and English.
