About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Regional Trainer to recruit, progress and complete a caseload of learners.

You will visit learners in the workplace delivering teaching, learning and assessment towards their apprenticeship framework as well as maintaining documentation on teaching, learning and assessment within the e-portfolio system. You will also be responsible for the assessment, progression and completion of learners in line with the Awarding Organisation Code of Practice and Babcock's Quality Assurance framework.
You will also build and develop relationships with employers and identify and engage potential employers and learners onto Apprenticeship Programmes. You must ensure quality systems and processes are complied with at all times whilst managing your own caseload to achieve timely completion rates for learners
You must also comply with and promote Health, Safety & Environment, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Welfare & Safeguarding Policies at all times.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to hold a recognised Level 4 or above qualification.
Would also like you to have:
* Demonstrable industry expertise in hospitality food & beverage, reception and housekeeping working to supervisory or management level
* GCSE A-C maths & English or equivalent
* IT skills in Word, Excel and MS Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills and a professional demeanour
* A valid driving licence and your own car, with a willingness to travel within the region
* A flexible approach and be self-motivated
* Focus on delivering set targets
Lastly, you'll need the ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment and strong time management.
What else do I need to know?
* This is a regional based role so travel will be required.
