- Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
- Must have experience of delivering training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment, or experience of supporting an apprentice with their Apprenticeship/NVQ work internally.
- Willing to work towards the Assessor award (fully funded / training provided)
Duties include:
- Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, 1-1 and small group setting.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. - Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
