Qualification Wales - Scrutineer, Level 3 Roofing, Slating & Tiling - Remote Working
We are looking for Scrutineers to carry out final checks on our assessment materials and mark scheme/marking guidance at the point it is deemed to be at final draft.
Scrutiny is a two-stage process:
1. Sitting the assessment without reference to the associated mark scheme within the allocated examination time.
2. Reviewing the associated mark scheme and creating a report outlining proposed improvements to the assessment, giving rationales for suggested amends.
The Scrutineer must be a subject matter expert for the assessment that they are carrying out scrutiny checks for and must not have been part of the writing or editing phase of the assessment production.
Our Scrutineers:
- Carry out final checks on assessment materials and mark scheme/marking guidance at the point it is deemed to be final draft.
- Complete the scrutineer report form with suggested solutions to issues/concerns.
