Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the West Bromwich who are currently seeking Engineering Lecturers to join their team in a few different areas of specialism.
The College are looking for Engineering Lecturers with experience in the following areas:
-Mechanical Engineering
-Mechatronics
-Electrical Engineering / Electronics
-Machining (Milling, Turning, CNC, Lathe)
My client is very flexible on the term of employment and are willing to look at candidates who have availability on either a full or part time basis. They also offer flexibility around temporary, FTC or permanent contracts.
The Engineering Lecturing roles will involve delivery in both the classroom and the workshop to both full and part time learners as well as apprentices.
This role is currently open to professionals with teaching experience but also those wishing to get into education to help develop and nurture the next generation of Engineering professionals.
Requirements
* Must hold minimum of a Level 3 in your related Engineering specialism. There will be some HE delivery on HNC and HND programs and for any candidates interested in that you will need to hold that level of qualification.
* Have industry experience working within the field.
* A teaching qualification is desirable and not essential.
* Previous experience teaching is desirable but not essential.
* A strong understanding of the Engineering industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
* Hold right to work in the UK.
